A deliciously creamy cheesecake swirled with cinnamon, topped with crispy churro pieces, drizzled with chocolate and caramel.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Churro snack sticks, chopped (for topping)
  • Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in sour cream.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Top with chopped churro pieces, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces before serving.

Notes

  • Chill the cheesecake uncovered in the fridge for best texture.
  • You can substitute store-bought churros or homemade if preferred.
