- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- Churro snack sticks, chopped (for topping)
- Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with chopped churro pieces, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake uncovered in the fridge for best texture.
- You can substitute store-bought churros or homemade if preferred.
