- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- While potatoes roast, cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook beef slices until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once potatoes are done, top with cooked beef and bacon. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can add cheese or green onions for extra flavor.
