- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, BBQ chicken, green onions, and cilantro.
- Top with a second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about 2 more minutes.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve with sour cream and salsa.
