- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into strips
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken strips with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the sweet chili sauce.
- In another bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken and Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is crispy and cooked through, Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Serve hot, drizzled with remaining sweet chili sauce and garnished with cilantro or green onions.
Notes
- Feel free to add a squeeze of lime for extra freshness.
- Adjust spice level with more or less chili sauce.
- This dish pairs well with steamed rice or quinoa.
