Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In a bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- After chicken is cooked, add vegetables to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Serve chicken with roasted vegetables, garnish with fresh herbs.
