- 1 cup fresh cranberries

- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
- Place a piece of Brie and a few cranberries in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and pinch the edges to seal, forming mini bites.
- Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly, then drizzle with honey before serving.
