Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until crumbly; stir in sour cream, egg, and vanilla until combined.
