- For Streusel: 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until crumbly; stir in sour cream, egg, and vanilla until combined.
- Spoon dough onto prepared baking sheets, forming 12 cookies.
- Combine streusel ingredients and sprinkle on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and set. Cool completely.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or ginger to the dough.
