Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir until a dough forms. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pipe dough onto baking sheet in small rounds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Mix strawberry jam into whipped cream for flavor and color.
- Slice cooled cream puffs, fill with strawberry cream, top with fresh strawberries, and dust with powdered sugar.
