- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, mixing just until combined to form a dough.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop dough and form into balls; place on prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly and press sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain gooey.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
