Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla, beat until combined. Mix in sour cream.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon with a portion of crumb topping ingredients (see notes).
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  8. Sprinkle generously with crumble topping.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.

  • For the crumb topping: mix 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons cold butter, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon until crumbly.
