Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the skillet, flattening slightly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dip.
