  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp water or plant-based milk
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Add soy sauce and water to form a thick batter.
  4. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with sesame seeds.

  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
