- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp water or plant-based milk
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Add soy sauce and water to form a thick batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with sesame seeds.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.

- Use fresh cauliflower for best texture.
- Adjust sesame seed quantity for more flavor.
