- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of flour.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for spiciness.
