- 1 cup popcorn
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Place popcorn in a zip-top bag and crush lightly into smaller pieces.
- Set up a breading station: flour in a shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and crushed popcorn seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the third.
- Dredge chicken pieces first in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with crushed popcorn.
- Arrange coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
