- 8-10 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil spray
- Fresh cilantro and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make rolling easier.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture and cheese in each tortilla, roll tightly to form taquitos.
- Spray taquitos with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot with cilantro and salsa.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped jalapenos or seasoned beans to the filling.
- Use corn tortillas for traditional flavor or flour tortillas for a softer bite.
