- 2 lbs cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheese and fresh cilantro for topping
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, beans, chilies, and spices.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until heated through.
- Serve warm topped with cheese and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or less green chilies.
- Can be made in a slow cooker for added convenience.
