Instructions
- Steam or roast cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a pan, melt vegan butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, turmeric, and smoked paprika; cook until fragrant.
- Mix in the cooked cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
