A simple and classic recipe for creamy deviled eggs topped with paprika and chives, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool eggs in ice water, peel, and halve lengthwise.
