- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add cooked chicken and bacon; stir to combine.
- Add heavy cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Mix in cooked pasta and half of the cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or ham for chicken for variety.
- Adjust ranch seasoning to taste for more or less flavor.
- This dish is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
