Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add cooked chicken and bacon; stir to combine.
  3. Add heavy cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  4. Mix in cooked pasta and half of the cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • You can substitute cooked turkey or ham for chicken for variety.
