Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in steamed cauliflower until well coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- For extra spice, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
- Use cooked rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
