- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Top each with mini marshmallows and press gently into the dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, remove, and drizzle with chocolate glaze if desired. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra marshmallow gooeyness, add more marshmallows on top before baking.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Use high-quality cocoa powder for a richer flavor.
