Instructions

- Stir in milk to form a soft dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar with milk to make icing. Drizzle over warm cookies and let set.
