Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chunks, marshmallow bits, and crushed graham crackers.
  7. Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks. Enjoy while warm!
