Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt) in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets. Press a few marshmallows on top of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, top with remaining marshmallows and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
