- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced sausage and roast for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, sprinkle with cheese, and return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
