- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth

- 2 cups cooked macaroni

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, cook until translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
- Lower heat, stir in cooked macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner version.
- For extra flavor, add chopped pickles or a dash of hot sauce.
