Ingredients

  • 1 can pizza dough or homemade dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic.
  4. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal into balls.
  6. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
