- 1 can pizza dough or homemade dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Roll out the dough and cut into 12 equal squares.
- In a small bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic.
- Place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal into balls.
- Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt butter, stir in parsley, and drizzle over the hot bombs before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
