- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix in cream cheese and mozzarella until melted and combined.
- Warm tortillas, then evenly spread chicken mixture onto each.
- Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes or until crisp and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with a side of salsa or sour cream.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in the fridge.
