Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in cream cheese and mozzarella until melted and combined.
  4. Warm tortillas, then evenly spread chicken mixture onto each.
  5. Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes or until crisp and cheese is bubbly.
