Instructions
- Wash and trim the celery stalks, then cut into 3-4 inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix shredded cheddar cheese with ranch dressing until well combined.
- Stuff each celery piece with the ranch-cheese mixture.
- Top with crumbled bacon and garnish with chopped parsley and pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use turkey bacon or omit bacon altogether.
