- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken broth, shredded chicken, orzo, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or tofu for chicken.
- For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream before serving.
