Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk sour cream, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Swirl it into the batter before transferring to the pan.
