- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk sour cream, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Swirl it into the batter before transferring to the pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Can substitute frozen blueberries—do not thaw before adding.
