- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix all ingredients (except sauce) in a large bowl until well combined.
- Form into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
- Simmer meatballs in marinara sauce for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Serve with spaghetti or crusty bread for a complete meal.
