Instructions
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each mozzarella cube into flour, then into beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry mozzarella bites in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce.

- Ensure oil is hot enough before frying to prevent soggy bites.
- You can freeze mozzarella bites for 30 minutes before frying to prevent cheese from melting out.
