- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ketchup and mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 12 small patties.
- Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Place each patty on a slider bun, top with a half slice of cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
- Add ketchup or mustard if desired, then cover with the top bun.

- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- These sliders can be assembled ahead and broiled briefly to melt the cheese before serving.
